Our Founder

IGHODARO  "Iggy"  ODIGHIZUWA

 

Iggy was born in Ohio and then lived in Nigeria for 5 years before moving back home to the United States. Ultimately he moved to LA after a knee injury stopped him from playing football. This was what led him to the study of the human body, athletic performance and injury prevention.

 

He has trained in many different kinds of sports including football, basketball, track & field, wrestling, swimming, boxing & kick-boxing, and also flexibility training as well as yoga.

 

Iggy founded Tri-Fit Training because he desired to offer his clients a different kind of personal training. It's important to train all areas of your Being not just the physical.

"I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help clients identify their fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits their needs, and guide them through every exercise, every workout. It is my hope that my holistic approach to fitness and health will have them feeling great and seeing results in no time."

"I love the human body! So naturally I love everybody! I believe the body is the most expensive sports car that money cannot buy and that everyone should feel confident and comfortable enough to show it off to the world." Here's Iggy's all time favorite saying that he himself claims to live his life by: "When you LOOK good, you FEEL good! When you FEEL good, you PLAY good! When you PLAY good, they PAY good! When they PAY good, YOU BETTER BELIEVE YOU ARE GOOD!" It's important that we make daily progress to look good, feel good and play good in every way possible.

 

As a professional Personal Trainer, Iggy's main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations. Iggy's method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. His aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
